Biography: 
Gido Wiederkehr was born in Rothrist (Switzerland) in 1941. He lives in Rheinfelden and Basel.
1982 - 2006 Lecturer at the University of Design Basel, Swiss Federal Scholarship, 1968/72 Scholarship of the city of Basel, 1973 Various prices and purchases by Kunstkredit Basel-Stadt, 1985/91 Acquisitions of the Swiss Federal Art Commission. Wiederkehr had since 1966 countless solo and group exhibitions in art spaces and galleries in Switzerland and many European countries. His works can be found in many public and private institutions.
